Who we are

We are Falcon Insights (made by Corso Industries, LLC). Our website address is: https://falconinsights.app. Falcon Insights has both a marketing site (this one) as well as the actual web app (collectively, “Websites”).

All of the data generated within the web app is stored in servers and databases within the United States.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We process personal information about individuals that are our direct customers and, where our customer is a business or similar entity, individuals that are our customer’s employees, agents, and other representatives. These individuals about whom we collect personal information are referred to as “you” throughout this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us when you access our Websites. This can include information you provide to us when you register for an account, fill in a form, correspond with us via the Websites, phone, email, or otherwise, subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters, or other forms of marketing communications, respond to surveys or use some other feature of the Websites as available from time to time.

If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide some features to you or respond to your other requests.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the marketing site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the marketing site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our marketing site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page on the marketing site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We collect analytics data on the marketing site using Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused website analytics tool, to help us measure traffic and usage trends. Only anonymous data is sent to Fathom Analytics. You can learn more about Fathom Analytics’s practices at https://usefathom.com/privacy.

If you leave a comment on the marketing site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Your continued use of the Websites signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this Policy.

If we need to provide you with information about something, whether for legal, marketing, or other business-related purposes, we will select what we believe is the best way to get in contact with you. We will usually do this through email or by placing a notice on our Websites or Products. The fact that we may send notices to you will not stop you from being able to opt out of certain types of contact as described in this Privacy Policy.

At any time, you can use our contact form to speak with anyone concerning your data or this Policy.
